The added value and technical evolution of VLB electric tube and pipe benders has been recognized by another new customer with special requirements in the automotive industry! The performance tests were simulated and also carried out in real production cycles. After the results were validated the equipment was installed in their plant.

It is an EB53CNC tube bending machine, fully electric (9 axes), capable of bending a 53 mm diameter tube with multiple fixed and variable radii in automatic cycles. This bending machine is equipped with the latest version of the VLB 3D bending software, fully developed by our internal IT department.
